Screened Porch: This porch could be used for sleeping on cots. It is part of our group camp area but can be rented individually for your basecamp. It has a picnic table and cots. It is near our group building / recreation area. It overlooks a small ledge / waterfall and is beautiful as well as a good trout and catfishing area.
Single unit campsite: Designed to keep both you and your tent in the dry. Don't forget RIVER CAMPGROUND is in a RAIN FOREST. We have a total of 15 sheltered sites. Sites 11, 22, 23, 24 and 25 are similar completely private backed up against a wooded ridge and historic railroad.
The A-Frame: This shelter overlooks the Tallulah River and is nestled in the trees. It is complete with 2 picnic tables, food prep table, and fire ring. Bathrooms are nearby. If you are a bird lover, you will enjoy a continuous parade of water fowl down the river. This is the perfect secluded nook for you.
Base camp #19: This 24' x 24' double shelter has several tent sites in the forest. It is complete with a food prep area, electric, 2 picnic tables, fire ring, and racks for packs. In case of rain, there is also room for a tent or two.
